We are seeking Event Operations team members who play an essential role in the US Open experience. In this role, you will maintain a positive, outgoing demeanor adhering to the core expectations of our guest services team at all times.

Responsibilities:
Setup and breakdown of all NTC Events, Including US Open
Setup of all office locations, restaurants, picnic areas throughout the NTC
Distribute daily US Open promotional giveaways and clean up
Monitor and maintain sufficient inventory levels of all usable event equipment
Assemble and distribute furniture, fixtures and equipment as needed in timely fashion
Assist with distribution and install of TV’s throughout grounds for US Open
Maintain clean and safe storage and front of house event spaces at all times
Ensure all equipment is returned to designated spaces neatly upon conclusion of events
All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Basic proficiency in computers and ability to learn the inventory management software
Ability to lift 50lbs+
Must have prior customer service experience
Demonstrate professional appearance by adhering to company uniform guidelines
Arrive on time for each shift and be able to work long hours as needed
Maintain a positive attitude and represent the core values of the USTA at all times
Must be available to work the full duration of the 2020 US Open (August 3-Sept 13)
Available to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
Must be able to work outside for long periods of time in various weather conditions
Excellent communication, written and verbal skills
Thorough understanding of written and spoken English
Demonstrated ability working in a fast-paced, high stress environment
Must be capable of standing and walking continuously for extended periods of time

**Valid Driver’s License and Forklift Operator experience preferred**
